VCA Art 2025

Veronika Sanderson

This work emerges from a period in my life during which repetitive number sequences, also known as angel numbers, appeared with striking persistence. These moments, captured in screenshots, are printed on transparent paper that resembles the screen of a phone and delicately linked with light lines across the wall. The installation invites viewers to step closer, revealing the fragments of my private world in the shape of screenshots. The transparency speaks to the thin boundary between the visible and the hidden, the personal and the universal.
Encountering these numbers became a monthly, sometimes daily synchronicity, raising questions of meaning, coincidence and the act of noticing. One might wonder if these pattern messages were guidance or simply the result of increased attention. By sharing this intimate archive, I extend the experience outwards, offering a space for viewers to reflect on their own encounters with repetition, intuition and the quiet signals that shape our days.
