Mae Czechowski
Clumsiness does not come in handy when trying to achieve minimalist forms, but nonetheless, boyish slips of the hand divert formalist legacies. Flirting with discipline, sophistication and play, my sculptures flash their imperfections, blushingly, but fondly, to reveal their own auto-erotic satisfaction. The discipline of fabrication has become exhausting. I am restless for horseplay.
